We provide (in Belgium and the Netherlands) a free shipping service for purchases from €75. After placing an order and completing the payment, we will ship this order within 1 to 2 working days.
Shipments are made via bpost. When the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you do not immediately find it in your mailbox? Be sure to check whether it has not ended up in spam.
When will my package be delivered? In most cases, the ordered products within Belgium will be delivered the next working day after shipment. It is always possible that a package will be delayed at bpost. Unfortunately, Lenz is not responsible for this and we have no control over this.
When we send the package and register it with bpost, you will receive a track & trace code by email so that you can track the status of your package.
If you are not at home when the postman comes to deliver the package? He will leave a note in the mailbox with the message where you can pick up your package. You can also easily adjust your bpost delivery preferences via this linkhttps://track.bpost.be/preferences/?language=nl

We provide (in Belgium and the Netherlands) an affordable returns service where you can return your package for just €2.99 (regardless of the order amount).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem!

Returns cost €2.99 for customers from Belgium and the Netherlands (this is half the effective cost price).
Products may be returned up to 14 days after receipt.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- When returning SALE items or items purchased at a discount, the full return costs are at your own expense.
- If we receive the return after 14 days, we cannot accept it and we will not issue a refund. We can then deliver it back to you (after paying €6 shipping costs)
- Items must be returned in their original condition (including tags)
- Items with make-up stains or perfume scent will not be returned
- Item must be returned unworn/unused
- Gift cards can never be returned
Sale items may be returned, but any return costs are ENTIRELY at your own expense. The above conditions also apply here.

WARRANTY PERIOD
Lenz has a warranty period of 30 days after receipt of the item.
There are a number of exceptions for which we cannot provide a guarantee:
- Exceptional wear
- Batteries
- Discoloration of jewelry
- Waterfall or impact wear
- Damage due to negligence
- Failure to follow washing instructions.
