Shipping & returns
SEND
We provide (in Belgium and the Netherlands) a free shipping service for purchases from €75. After placing an order and completing the payment, this order will be shipped by us within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipments are made via bpost. When the order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you do not find it in your mailbox right away, please check if it has not ended up in the spam.
When will my package be delivered? In most cases, the ordered products will be delivered within Belgium the next working day after shipping. It is always possible that a package is delayed at bpost. Lenz is unfortunately not responsible for this and we have no control over this.
When we send the package and register it with bpost, you will receive a track & trace code by email so that you can track the status of your package.
Are you not at home when the postman comes to deliver the package? Then he will leave a note in the mailbox with the message where you can pick up your package. You can also easily adjust your bpost delivery preferences via this link https://track.bpost.be/preferences/?language=nl

We provide (in Belgium and the Netherlands) an affordable returns service where you can return your package for only €2.99 (regardless of the order amount).

Returns cost for customers from Belgium and the Netherlands €2.99 (this is half the effective cost price).
Products may be returned up to 14 days after receipt.
Returns conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- When returning SALE items or items purchased with a discount, all return costs are at your own expense.
- If we receive the return outside 14 days, we cannot accept it and will not refund it. We can then return it to you (after payment of €6 shipping costs)
- Items must be returned in original condition (including tags)
- Items with make-up stains or perfume smell will not be returned
- Items must be returned unworn/unused
- Gift cards can never be returned
Sale items may be returned but any return costs are FULLY for your own account. The above conditions also apply here.
Do you live near our store? Then you can of course always bring your return to us!
WARRANTY PERIOD
Lenz has a warranty period of 30 days after receipt of the item.
There are, however, a number of exceptions where we cannot provide any guarantees:
- Exceptional wear
- Batteries
- Discoloration of jewelry
- Waterfall or impact wear
- Damage due to negligence
- Failure to follow washing instructions.
