How do I return my order?
We provide a returns service in Belgium and the Netherlands for products/purchases where you can return for only €2.99. Regardless of the order amount, you pay €2.99 for a return label (this is only half of the effective cost price of €6. So we pay half of the costs). This returns service is not valid on SALE items. When returning For discounted items, shipping costs are always entirely at your own expense.

Can I also return my item to the store?
Yes please!
Do you live near our store? Then it is sometimes easier and faster to simply bring the package you want to return to us. When we have the package back, the amount will be immediately refunded to the account with which you paid for the order.
When will my order be delivered?
Our shipments are done with Bpost. After your order, it will be shipped max. 2 working days later. When your order is shipped, you will also receive an automatic email.
Normally the order will be the next working day delivered. Are you not at home when the postman comes? He will leave a note in your mailbox with which you can collect the package at the nearest post office.
Will products that are sold out be restocked?
This is difficult for us to say in advance. Some products will indeed be replenished, but because our collection changes so often, not all products will be replenished. Is an item in your size sold out? Then you can leave your email address under the article to be the first to receive a notification when it is replenished.

Can I also pick up my online order in the store?
No unfortunately not! This is because the stock of our webshop is located at a different location than our store. Our webshop stock is located in Mol and our store is in Turnhout.
Can I track my order? (Track & Trace)
Yes my dear! After we have delivered your order to Bpost you will receive a separate email from Bpost with a track & trace code. If you enter this on the Bpost site you can see exactly when your package will be delivered.
The product I want is sold out on the webshop. Will it still be in the store?
Yes, sometimes! Our store and webshop have a completely separate stock. This means that when a product is sold out in the webshop, it may still be in stock in our store. Are you in doubt? Feel free to send us an email or call us.
Not all products for sale in our store are online. In our store the range is therefore larger than in the webshop.
Of course, just because something is sold out doesn't mean it's sold out FOREVER.We do our best to restock sold out items as soon as possible! :-) You can leave your email address under the sold out product to receive an email when a product is back in stock.
Can I reserve a garment and order it later?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve items of clothing. First come, first serve. Did you just miss out on an item? Then there is a good chance that it will be back in stock after 1/2 weeks. Be sure to keep an eye on our social media channels to stay as informed as possible.
