This maxi dress has shoulder straps with an elastic so that it stays on nicely. It also has a nice ruffle detail at the top. This dress has super nice neon colors, there is a subtle silver glitter in the fabric! We combined the dress with the 'PARIS SLIPPERS - CREAM' together they are the perfect combo!
